Company Description

Graha Segara provides special container behandle facilities for imports, both red and green lines, along with an integrated physical examination site (TPFT) for animal and plant quarantine. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to ensure system suitability and process effectiveness.

Preparing the group&aposs consolidated financial reports.

Responsible for the financial reporting of the Company within the group.

Supervising the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes and ensuring that all transactions are recorded on time and in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

Supervising and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Providing assistance in the development of various financial reporting disclosures for quarterly and annual reports.

Leading the workflow of allocation and consolidation reporting.

Preparing various financial analyses used to support financial statements and management reports.

Supporting and assisting with special projects and researching accounting issues that affect both new and existing transactions (developing accounting policies).

Supporting ad hoc projects/work plans as directed by the GM of Finance and Accounting Manager.

Partnering with other project team members and IT during the projects execution.

Integrating newly acquired companies into the accounting processes.

Supporting the audit process and collaborating with external auditors.

Supervising and facilitating accounting analysis and reviewing expenses, as well as preparing cost and capital budgets for departments and business units.

Qualifications

  • Certification: CA or CPA, if applicable
  • Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or Diploma IV in Accounting, at a minimum
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, Accurate, up-to-date knowledge of PSAK
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Group Accountant or 3+ years as an external auditor at a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm, with experience in consolidated financial statements.

Other:

  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and project management.
  • Ability to gather and document documents/data from and coordinate with various departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and staff.
