What youll do:

• Take charge of client briefs and turn them into copy thats clear, engaging, and effective.
• Juggle multiple projects without losing focus on quality.
• Research, brainstorm, and bring fresh ideas that keep content compelling.
• Handle timesheets and reports to keep projects on track.

What were looking for:

• At least 5 years experience as a copywriter, with a portfolio that shows range and impact.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with flawless grammar and style.
• Published work that demonstrates versatility.
• A background in digital marketing or advertising (a plus, not a must).
• A creative mindset that goes beyond standard formats youre comfortable writing interviews, feature stories, case studies, or opinion pieces.
• Initiative: you dont wait around for instructions, you bring ideas to the table.
• Awareness of language trends and reader habits in the digital space.
• Strong research skills and the ability to pick up new topics fast.
• A writers voice that feels distinct and authentic.
