Responsibilities

Develop and deliver shot lists aligned with brand objectives
Generate creative, engaging, and trend-relevant content concepts
Provide structured, actionable briefs to the production team for execution
Collaborate closely with internal teams (copy, art, production) to ensure high-quality output
Ensure each shot list has a clear storytelling flow and a strong audience hook

Requirements

Experienced in content creation, copywriting, or social media, ideally focused on short-form video (TikTok/Instagram Reels)
Portfolio showcasing successful content or campaigns
Excellent understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior
Strong creative writing skills, with a talent for engaging and relatable language
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and meeting quantitative targets
Excellent communication skills, particularly in briefing and directing production teams
