What you will do:
To support Sous chef and CDP by executing food preparation and basic cooking tasks with precision and speed. Preparing and organizing all the necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before cooking starts. Ensure cleanliness and timely assistance to senior chefs, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation that delivers an exceptional dining experience.
- Perform basic cooking and preparation tasks under the direction of senior chefs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and organize ingredients and tools to ensure smooth workflow during service.
- Assist the CDP or Sous Chef in executing dishes according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Continuously develop skills by following instructions and learning from senior chefs.

- Experience 12 years in a professional kitchen preferred.
- Basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
