Role Description

This full-time, on-site Cook 1 - Pastry/Bakery position is based in Nusa Lembongan, Bali, Indonesia. The responsibilities include preparing high-quality pastry and bakery items, creating new and innovative recipes, maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards, and assisting Demi Chef in daily kitchen operations. The role requires collaboration with the culinary team to ensure all food meets Lago's standards of excellence while supporting sustainable and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Cooking techniques;
  • Strong Creativity Skills for developing unique and appealing recipes;
  • Commitment to upholding Hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen;
  • Experience in a pastry or bakery role within the hospitality or luxury industry is a plus;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
