About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven individual to join our COO Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence by improving processes, optimizing costs, and supporting scalable outlet operations across Hangry.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from research, budgeting, alignment, to execution across outlet operations.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Drive key operational metrics, including service SLA improvement and manpower cost optimization.
  • Ensure operational readiness and capacity to support new product launches.
  • Monitor operational performance through data collection, analysis, and root cause identification.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop simple tools (Excel/Spreadsheet-based) to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
