About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven individual to join our COO Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence by improving processes, optimizing costs, and supporting scalable outlet operations across Hangry.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from research, budgeting, alignment, to execution across outlet operations.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Drive key operational metrics, including service SLA improvement and manpower cost optimization.
- Ensure operational readiness and capacity to support new product launches.
- Monitor operational performance through data collection, analysis, and root cause identification.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop simple tools (Excel/Spreadsheet-based) to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
- Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) and BigQuery is a plus.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
