Role Overview
The COO is responsible for leading and optimizing the global day-to-day operations of LinkIT Group, covering HR, Legal, General Affairs, Finance coordination, Operational Excellence, International Expansion, and Compliance.
This role translates the CEO's strategic direction into clear operational plans and ensures consistent execution across all business units and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and scalable systems across all entities.
- Translate strategy into operational OKRs and ensure execution by leadership teams.
- Lead restructuring, digitalization, and expansion initiatives.
People, HR & Organization
- Oversee HR governance, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and leadership development.
- Ensure implementation of KPI systems, HRIS, job grading, and competency frameworks.
General Affairs & Business Support
- Manage office operations, procurement, vendor & asset management, travel, safety, and business continuity across countries.
Legal & Governance
- Ensure legal compliance, licensing, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Review and approve major contracts, partnerships, MoUs, NDAs, and investor documents.
Finance Oversight
- Partner with CFO on budgeting, cost control, and operational financial discipline.
- Review operational spending and business projections.
International Expansion
- Lead new subsidiary setup including licensing, staffing, office activation, and operational readiness.
Executive Leadership
- Act as strategic advisor to CEO and Board.
- Coach and drive performance of department heads and regional leaders.

Ideal Profile
- Senior operations leader with strong exposure in HRGA, Legal, and multi-entity operations
- Experience managing regional or international operations
- Strong execution, governance, and leadership capability
- Comfortable working with CEO, Board, and cross-country teams
