Control Tower

Job Description:

- Monitor every order that enters the platform

- Ensure all shipments can be sent and received on time

- Ensure that all deliveries are according to SOP from pick up to drop off

- Report any issue that occurs in the order

- Create reports every week to the operations manager

- Answer order related inquiries from Logisly shippers and transporters

- Problem solve issues encountered during deliveries

Qualifiactions:

- Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Having experience or exposure in logistics, trucking, supply chain, operations, or related fields is a plus

- Willing to work on shifts

- Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving

- Strong project management knowledge/skills

- Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing

- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
