Daily Resource Planning: Arrange and allocate truck capacity based on daily volume forecasts from sellers and warehouse requirements.
Dynamic Adjustments: Monitor live operations and pivot truck assignments on the fly to account for delays, volume surges, or mechanical issues. Handle adhoc operational issues in real time, such as truck noshows, delays, capacity gaps, routing changes, and lastminute volume fluctuations.
SLA Management: Directly influence and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically focusing on Order Fulfillment Rate and On-Time Delivery/Pickup.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Sellers, Warehouse Managers, and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to resolve bottlenecks.
Data Monitoring: Utilize the Transport Management System (TMS) to track truck movements and identify potential SLA breaches before they happen.
Process Improvement: Support development and standardization of control tower SOPs, playbooks, and monitoring tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics / transportation / operations planning or similar roles (ecommerce logistics is a plus).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure.
Good understanding of truck operations, routing, capacity planning, or network operations.
Ability to work with operational data and dashboards to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment with frequent changes and realtime issue handling.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis experience with operations systems is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts / extended hours when required by operational needs.
