Contract Administration And Compliance
- Prepare project contracts (Consultancy Agreement, Sub-Consultancy Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, etc.) based on standard contract templates, ensuring administrative completeness.
- Review contracts proposed by Clients and/or Partners for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Contract Manager, Project Manager, Business Support Team, and Clients in finalizing project contracts and contract variations.
- Ensure that all contract documents are properly maintained and updated.
- Monitor contract performance and support the Contract Manager in identifying the need for amendments or extensions.
- Assist in analyzing contract terms related to delivery schedules, pricing, and obligations to support project control activities.
- Collect and analyze Client claims information to assist the Contract Manager in resolving issues.
- Prepare and update contract monitoring report in regular basis and submit it to the Contract Manager.
- Audit and Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits concerning contract compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate timely responses to audit inquiries and assist with corrective actions.
- Other Duties
- Perform other contract administration duties as assigned by the Contract Manager.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in contract administration or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in the construction services industry is a plus.
