PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for a strategic Continuous Manager to lead and coordinate a wide variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve processes and performance in all areas of the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational audits to identify areas of opportunity across the business. Identify goals for Continuous Improvements events and potential quantifiable savings
- Lead teams to develop appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for their products, process, or function.
- Leadership of cross functional CI project teams. Establish, lead, and maintain a Continuous Improvement Steering Committee
- Track cost reduction opportunities, budget risks and Return on Investments analysis for dynamic and fast-paced programs in alignment with Project team
- Cost management and budget tracking for key product lines of business
- Train change agent employees, in all aspects of lean manufacturing, TPM, waste reduction, team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- As expert in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Six Sigma) to drive all continuous improvement align with Arnott's Lean Road Map
Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with minimum 5-7 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
- A certified Green Belt or Black Belt is preferrable
- Has good experience in launching and implement all full steps of TPM.
- Experienced trainer in TPM and Lean Six Sigma
- Understand Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping and A3, Kaizen, and OEE Concept
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
