Create engagement for continuous improvement and lead improvement for unit KPI through CI

Job Description:

• Engage units on CI culture

• Sponsor on using CI to address unit problem

• Doing internal training for local team

• Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities at unit

• Regular monitoring and follow up (activities and benefit tracking) at unit

• Run unit scale project and doing coaching

• Key point of contact at unit

• Critical Success Factors

• Engagement for continuous improvement

• Improvement on unit KPI through CI

• Monitor unit and CI skill development

• Improvement on customer complaints, audit findings and MR

• Continuous project in the pipeline

• Regular CI event at National and Unit

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of working experience as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement

• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma

• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Placement at Jakarta - Refinery
