Responsibilities:
- Research and create high-quality content, including articles, social media posts, scripts, and newsletters
- Create and organize both organic and paid content for social media channels
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals and audience interests
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels
- Stay updated on crypto trends, news, and developments
- Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity and accuracy
- Experienced in public speaking and camera presence
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communication Studies, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Specialist handling Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok
- Proven ability to create engaging content across different formats (text, image, video, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and audience behavior
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Indonesian
- Knowledge or experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a strong plus
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects at once
