Social Media Officer
Social Media Account Management: Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn covering content planning, scheduling, and daily posting.
Audience Engagement: Communicate and engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages to build positive relationships with the audience.
Monitoring & Reporting Social Media Performance: Use social media analytics to track content performance, engagement rates, and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies.
Trend & Competitor Analysis: Analyze social media trends and monitor competitor activities to ensure relevance and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Content Specialist, Social Media Officer, or similar role.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather audience insights, identify trends, and evaluate content performance using tools such as Google Analytics or other relevant platforms.
Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok) with updated knowledge of algorithms and optimization best practices.
Solid copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions or content.
Basic visual creativity: familiarity with graphic design, photography, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or video editing applications).
Experience in community management, with the ability to build, engage, and nurture online communities through meaningful interactions.
Passion or strong interest in football/sports industry is highly preferred.
