Responsibilities

Content Specialist

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns, including content types, writing styles, and topic selection.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging and informative content such as articles, blogs, e-books, infographics, and video content to attract audiences and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Content Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and generate performance reports across multiple platforms.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, graphic designers, and marketing departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering brand messages.
  • Content Calendar Planning: Develop content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns and current trends to maintain consistency and content flow.

Social Media Officer

  • Social Media Account Management: Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn covering content planning, scheduling, and daily posting.
  • Audience Engagement: Communicate and engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages to build positive relationships with the audience.
  • Monitoring & Reporting Social Media Performance: Use social media analytics to track content performance, engagement rates, and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Analyze social media trends and monitor competitor activities to ensure relevance and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Content Specialist, Social Media Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather audience insights, identify trends, and evaluate content performance using tools such as Google Analytics or other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok) with updated knowledge of algorithms and optimization best practices.
  • Solid copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions or content.
  • Basic visual creativity: familiarity with graphic design, photography, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or video editing applications).
  • Experience in community management, with the ability to build, engage, and nurture online communities through meaningful interactions.
  • Passion or strong interest in football/sports industry is highly preferred.
