We're looking for a Content Planner Lead who will own the content strategy and planning end-to-end, ensuring every piece of content aligns with brand goals, campaign objectives, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content planning and strategy, including editorial calendars aligned with marketing and sales objectives
- Develop clear creative direction through briefs and storyboards (visual angles, key messages, overlays)
- Write and review captions, hooks, scripts, and headlines to ensure strong engagement
- Oversee content execution timelines and ensure high-volume deliverables meet deadlines
- Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and produce regular performance reports
- Optimize content strategy based on data, trends, and platform algorithms
- Coordinate publishing across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Guide and support the team in delivering effective, sales-driven content
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Content Planning, Social Media, or related roles
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience creating content strategies with engagement or GMV/sales objectives
- Solid portfolio showcasing content plans, storyboards, or campaign results
- Experience in Digital Agency or E-commerce Enabler environments is a plus
- Highly disciplined, structured, and deadline-oriented leadership mindset
