Content Moderator (English - Javanese)

Job Description:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, comments).

• Ensure all content follows community guidelines; remove any violations.

• Maintain content safety for short-video products.

• Understand policies and procedures, and take swift action on inappropriate content.

• Handle content violation reports and coordinate with supervisors.

• Audit content for social media uploads.

• Review videos/complaints/legal notices related to copyright decisions.

• May be exposed to sensitive or harmful content.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Basic Javanese is a must

• English communication (B2) + good verbal skills

• Enjoys browsing social media feeds (advantage)

• Able to handle sensitive content

• Content moderation or BPO experience is a plus

• Fresh graduates (min. D3) are welcome

• Able to start immediately

• Willing to work weekends & public holidays

• Willing to work shifting schedules (including night shift)

• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (Full WFO)

Shifting Arrangement:

• 24/7 rotating shift system

• 5 working days per week + 2 days off (days off may not fall on weekends)

• Monthly shift rotation

• 3 shift types: morning, afternoon, overnight

• • Public holiday work (tanggal merah) is paid double
