  • Develop creative content strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness.
  • Produce and execute highquality social content (photo, video, copy) aligned with brand identity.
  • Create an editorial calendar and develop platformspecific content concepts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage all brand social accounts and ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Conduct audience and trend research to shape relevant content ideas.
  • Lead paid social advertising with contentdriven creatives and clear performance targets.
  • Analyze content performance (likes, comments, shares, saves) and prepare periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build contentled campaigns and activations.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners (KOLs & influencers) for content collaboration.
  • Stay updated on the latest content formats, platform trends, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Creator is preferred, able to work independently or within a team.
  • Able to create creative and engaging photo & video content.
  • Experienced in collaborating with influencers.
  • Proficiency in video shooting and editing techniques using editing software.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft informative and engaging captions.
  • Good understanding of social media strategies and analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Digitally savvy and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
