Conduct market research to gather insights and inform marketing strategy
Support end-to-end campaign management, including promotion monitoring, product ordering, and delivery management
Conceptualize and create engaging social content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
Proactively engage with followers across brand accounts under LiLi Style in-house brands
Track content performance using analytics and insights
Requirements:
Currently pursuing, enrolled in, or graduated within the past year with a Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
Fast learner with a positive attitude
Creative, curious, and analytical
Passionate about social media and the internet with a creative and humorous personality
Has a good sense of fashion and awareness of the latest trends, especially Gen Z-related
Basic video editing skills (for TikTok/Reels content) are a plus
Fluent in English and good communication in Bahasa
A background in e-commerce and personal knowledge or sensitivity to trends and tastes in the fashion & beauty industry would be a plus
Commit to work from the office, Monday to Friday (office location: SCBD Jakarta Selatan)
