Job Descriptions:

• Create creative content in various formats: reviews, tutorials, storytelling, problem-solutions, and product recommendation following trends (sound, format, challenges, quick hooks).
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral trends
• Content performance optimization with effective copywriting, captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
• Content performance analysis (views, engagement, CTR).
• Conducting experiments (A/B testing of content).
• Affiliate and conversion focus.
• Responsible for weekly & monthly content

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or any related major
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media
• Confident in front of the camera.
• Creative and up-to-date with trends.
• Good persuasive communication skills.
• Familiar with making short videos
• Basic copywriting and CapCut editing skills.
• Interested in e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
• Experience in creating daily content
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
