We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Performance Content Creator to become the creative engine behind our digital marketing success. Unlike traditional content roles, this position acts as a Full-Stack Creative; you will spend 80% of your time researching winning angles, writing high-converting scripts, producing/editing short-form video ads, and analyzing Meta/TikTok ad performance to optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) for our healthcare/clinic services. The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to supporting our offline marketing activations and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation & Strategy (80% Focus): Conduct proactive research on market trends, competitor ads, and customer pain points to develop compelling winning angles and hooks for paid ad campaigns.
- End-to-End Production: Independently produce high-quality, conversion-focused creative assets (primarily short-form videos/Reels, and static carousels) from scriptwriting, shooting, acting as talent (if needed), to video shooting (and simple editing if needed).
- Performance Analysis & A/B Testing: Monitor daily ad creative performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CPL) directly from Meta dashboards. Continuously formulate and execute A/B testing on creatives to scale leads and reduce acquisition costs.
- Offline Activation Support (20% Focus): Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing offline marketing activities, events, or BTL promotions as needed, ensuring brand consistency across both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Media Buying team to align creative outputs with campaign budgets, and collaborate with Operations/Sales to translate customer feedback into ad messaging.
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with Meta advertising policies, particularly healthcare and clinic regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Public Relation
- 1-3 years of proven experience specifically in Paid Social Content Creation or Creative Strategy, preferably within healthcare, beauty/aesthetics, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Direct Response (DR) or performance-based ad creatives (not just aesthetic organic content).
- Highly proficient in mobile/desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva/Illustrator).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate) and the ability to translate data into creative improvements.
- Excellent copywriting skills, specifically in crafting attention-grabbing hooks and persuasive Call-to-Actions (CTAs).
- Event/Offline Savvy: Comfortable stepping away from the desk occasionally to manage or document physical events, offline campaigns, or BTL activations.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking full ownership of the creative process.
