About the Role
This role is about creating authentic, engaging content that naturally reflects Our Company values while building trust and a genuine connection with moms. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands TikTok trends, and can communicate in a warm, relatable, and natural way.

What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or TikTok is a plus
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of TikTok content trends and audience behavior
- Comfortable creating and posting content using your own personal TikTok account
- Confident speaking on camera and able to present naturally in a warm and relatable tone
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, especially around parenting or lifestyle topics
- Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into engaging short-form content
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating content quickly
- Consistent, responsible, and able to follow posting schedules
- Interest in parenting, motherhood, family lifestyle, or mom communities is highly preferred
What You Will Do
- Create and publish TikTok content through your personal TikTok account based on content direction and briefs from the Kanara team.
- Turn content briefs into engaging videos that feel authentic, relatable, and natural for moms and parenting audiences.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule based on the agreed content calendar (minimum X posts per week).
- Actively engage with the audience in the comment section by replying to comments, starting conversations, and building a strong community.
- Collaborate closely with the content team for briefings, feedback sessions, and content improvements.
- Track and report content performance regularly, including Views, Engagement, Audience response, and Follower growth
- Ensure all content reflects Kanara's brand values and communicates with a consistent tone.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats relevant to parenting and motherhood audiences.
- Share creative ideas and content opportunities that can help increase reach and audience engagement.
