Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead content strategies across digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reels, etc.) aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create strong creative concepts, storytelling angles, and campaign ideas that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
  • Produce detailed creative briefs, storyboards, and content guidelines for the production team.
  • Work closely with videographers, photographers, editors, and designers to ensure all content aligns with the brand's creative direction.
  • Oversee content production schedules and ensure execution meets strategic goals and deadlines.
  • Analyze content performance data, audience behavior, and platform trends to refine strategy and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports ongoing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to junior creators and production team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new content formats to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all published content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Content Creator, Creative Strategist, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in content ideation, storytelling, and campaign development.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, audience insights, and platform algorithms.
  • Skilled in creating creative briefs, mood boards, and production direction.
  • Experience overseeing content production, including planning shoots and guiding videographers/editors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content metrics and optimize strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to guide junior team members.
  • Highly creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using content planning tools, trend research tools, and basic creative software is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
