Bloome Baby is looking for a creative and confident TikTok Creator & Talent who can bring our brand to life through engaging short-form videos. This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, loves being on camera, and can independently produce scroll-stopping content that resonates with modern parents.
Key Qualifications
- On-Camera Confidence: Charismatic, communicative, and natural in front of the camera. Able to deliver both educational and aesthetic personas aligned with brand needs.
- Trend Research & Storytelling: Able to independently research trends and translate them into compelling scripts/storyboards with a strong hook within the first 3 seconds.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficient in CapCut, VN, or InShot. Understands jump cuts, transitions, audio synchronization, and effective text placement.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience creating content for baby/mom/kids brands is a plus.
Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Conduct daily trend research on TikTok and relevant platforms.
- Develop 35 content ideas per week aligned with brand goals.
- Prepare simple scripts or storyboards before shooting.
Production
- Act as the main on-screen talent for Bloome Baby content.
- Prepare simple outfits and props as needed.
- Independently execute video shooting sessions.
Post-Production
- Edit videos using trending music and engaging pacing.
- Add voiceovers when required.
- Ensure subtitles are clear, readable, and well-timed.
Preferred Profile
- Active TikTok user with strong understanding of platform dynamics.
- Up-to-date with parenting, baby care, and lifestyle trends.
- Portfolio showing TikTok/Reels/short video content is required.
