Job Description

Create creative and engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Responsible for shooting, on-site coverage, and documenting activities for content purposes.
Develop promotional briefs with outputs such as posters, advertisements, brochures, and other digital materials.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to produce visually appealing and high-engagement content.
Plan and execute content strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Serve as on-camera talent for video content when needed.
Build and manage editorial plans across multiple social media channels.
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure content alignment.
Analyze content performance, including engagement metrics and conversion outcomes related to campaign goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Active TikTok user, consistently producing content.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for digital content creation.
Confident on camera with clear communication skills.
Experience creating content related to social good, community initiatives, or donation/crowdfunding topics (or willing to learn).
Proficient in using cameras or smartphones for content production.
Skilled in photo and video editing tools (at minimum CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar apps).
Creative, innovative, and always up-to-date with digital trends.
Able to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
Strong ability to capture high-quality photos and videos.
