We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator (Beauty & Health Educator) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content creation process, with a strong focus on educational content that is relevant and credible to enhance audience understanding and build trust in NEWLAB+ products.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end content creation, including: conducting competitor and content trend research, developing content ideas and preparing content briefs, handling content production (shooting), editing content until it is ready for publication
2. Develop educational content that is directly connected to the benefits and unique selling points of Newlab products.
3. Focus on creating product and educational content for Brightlogy and Fitlogy.
4. Produce engaging TikTok video content.
5. Conduct additional research to support content credibility such as: researching Newlab product ingredients, referring to journals or other reliable sources
6. Prepare periodic content performance reports, analyze insights and key metrics, and formulate data-driven strategic recommendations to improve content performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with Professional Pharmacis (fresh graduates with a Professional Pharmacist Certification are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain medical or wellness topics in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Adaptable, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Willing to participate in photoshoots, videoshoots, and live content sessions.
• Beauty & wellness enthusiast.
• Experience as a pageant contestant or similar public-facing roles is a plus.
• Willing to work from office (located in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat) during working hours
