Currently, we are hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the healthcare industry, a growing premium medical brand focused on high-value aesthetic and restorative services. We are looking for a strong Creative Content Producer to support aggressive digital growth and performance campaigns.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator (ads), based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, performance-driven visual content that supports daily digital advertising campaigns and strengthens premium brand positioning. This role requires both creative excellence and speed of execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing high-quality photo and video content for Ads, Reels, and digital campaigns

Creating strong storytelling structures (hook problem solution proof CTA)

Developing compelling angles for premium healthcare services

Editing scroll-stopping performance ads with strong first 3-second hooks

Directing on-site shooting sessions (doctors, patients, beforeafter cases)

Ensuring premium, clean, and professional visual standards

Collaborating closely with the Ads and Strategy team to improve content performance

Qualifications

Experience in content production and video production

Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, and marketing psychology

Used to working under performance targets and tight deadlines

Strong visual taste (clean, modern, premium aesthetic)

Experience producing paid ads content is highly preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred
