Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
Manage day-to-day activities on Instagram channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments from AyBun.
Collaborate with the expert and creative team to drive content in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the content team to align social media activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our online presence.
Monitor social media analytics and track OKR to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Engage with our online community (AyBun) by responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

1-year professional experiences in social media.
Fresh graduates are welcome as long as they can provide proper portfolio that shows they're excellent in operations/administration (Excel, Sheet).
Having a background in marketing, health or medical fields is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize content.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media account simultaneously.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
