Traveloka is a consumer and data driven company. Here we always seek to understand the market, products nature, characteristics, and preferences of consumers (both Traveloka and target users). This knowledge will later drive our company plan and grow the business.

Job Description

• Supporting senior team members in all regional research activities including:

  • Technical: preparation of the research and execution of research.

  • Reporting: support in the reporting process and/or independently creating reports for small-scale research projects.

• Document & maintain the research library/repository to be accessible and discoverable within the company.

• Monitoring and organizing regional key metrics based on available research for company trackers.

• Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery

• Be the champion of customer voices by sharing insights on customer needs and wants to relevant stakeholders

• Directly handle assigned stakeholders requests under senior team supervision.

  • Technical: accountable for data/insight gathering on assigned stakeholders requests.

  • Delivery: accountable for both delivering & explaining assigned metrics from available research to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome with/without experience.

• Good communication skills, verbally and written

• English fluency is a must (written and verbal)

• Good analytical skills is a must

• Able to work in a team and have a proactive and willing to learn attitude

• Have high attention to detail. Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data)
