Construction Supervisor (Subang)

Responsibilities

Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects technical wise.

Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.

Proficient in project skill training for the project team

Assist the project manager in charge of progress, safety, civilized construction, external environment, and relationship with the people around the project.

Solve non-technical problems on the project site. Include scene personnel and subcontractor personnel contradictory coordination, work interface, and contract inconsistent contradiction, the scene appeared local people hinder construction of contradiction coordination, sub-contractor contradiction coordination. Ensure the project is carried out according to the plan without delay.

Coordinate the field with other subcontractors to ensure that they can lease or borrow materials or machinery from other subcontractors.

Coordinate with customer/client, assist the construction manager to deal with unexpected events during project execution, and ensure no customer/client complaints.

Assist the project manager in meeting various meetings with clients and meeting the requirements of the meeting.

In charge of on-site subcontracting and other management. It includes subcontract work change, organization engineer, quality department. acceptance together, subcontract payment signing, subcontract application, and compensation coordination.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)

2. Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management, excellent communication and proficiency in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects

3. At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the steel structure and civil installation

4. Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop

5. Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil

6. Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.

7. Preferred has experience in high rise building.
