The Role
- Supervise the implementation of daily construction work in the field.
- Ensure the quality of work according to company standards and contracts.
- Manage work schedules and supervise field work teams.
- Report project progress, constraints, and material needs to the Project Manager.
- Maintain compliance with K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
- Oversee the daily implementation of construction work in the field.

- Report project progress, obstacles, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum education of SMK/D3 Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 12 years of experience in construction (building, road, or infrastructure).
- Have good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed on the project site.
- Minimum education: Vocational High School/Diploma 3 (Diploma 3) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction field (buildings, roads, or infrastructure).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed on-site.
