About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing QA/QC documentation, reviewing technical drawings and method statements, coordinating inspections, and supporting the resolution of non-conformance issues. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain effective quality control systems and drive continuous improvement across project execution.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and QA/QC documentation in accordance with project specifications
  • Coordinate with client/consultant for inspection approval and documentation submission
  • Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Review engineering drawings and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Conduct and supervise inspections (in-process and final) of construction works and materials
  • Monitor effectiveness of quality control systems and propose continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Familiar in handling QA/QC process for civil, structure, architectural, even MEP within construction site
  • Proven experience in preparing ITP (Inspection Test Plan), QA/QC documentation, and inspection reports
  • Strong ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to identify quality risks or deviations
  • Experience handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and coordinating corrective and preventive actions
  • Good understanding of construction materials, installation processes, and quality inspection procedures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with project stakeholders
  • Proficiency in QA/QC documentation tools, reporting systems, and Google workspace
  • Willing to be placed in project locations as assigned, including Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi
