Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Construction Project Manager based in Denpasar. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and General Project Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Management
• Minimum 7 years experience in large scale projects
• Experience in hotel, villa and resort development projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), are a plus
