Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager specializing in landed house development. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects, manage teams, control project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with construction safety standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, as well as conducting inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively
- Experience in budgeting and project control to manage resources efficiently and ensure cost adherence
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and experience managing construction projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in managing landed house projects in Indonesia is a plus
- Proficiency in construction management software is an advantage
