Construction Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction teams, managing resources, implementing safety regulations, monitoring project progress, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders. Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers is a key aspect of this role to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.

• Strong proficiency in Supervisory Skills, ensuring effective team management and task delegation on construction sites.
• Proven expertise in Budgeting and Project Control, with the ability to manage project timelines, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction processes and regulations, including compliance with industry standards and quality assurance.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing Construction Safety practices to create a secure working environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and organizational skills to handle multiple aspects of construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the property development sector or large-scale residential projects is an advantage.
