Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage sales opportunities in Bali for a wide portfolio of construction chemical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, applicators, and distributors.
- Conduct technical presentations, product training, and on-site demonstrations.
- Provide hands-on technical support and solution recommendations to clients.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure specification adherence.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and drive market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams for customer support and project execution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Selfdriven, target-focused, and capable of working independently in the Bali market.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
- Based in Bali or open to relocation.
