Job Description
The Successful Applicant

  • Project Acquisition & Pipeline Management
  • Track and manage projects from conceptual, design, tender, and construction phases to secure opportunities.
  • Build relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, project owners, and government stakeholders.
  • Register and maintain a project pipeline, ensuring continuous coverage of new and ongoing developments in Bali.
  • Drive product specifications in design and tender documents through technical presentations and design consultations.
  • Sales Execution
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting key product lines: mortars, waterproofing systems, admixtures, flooring systems, protective coatings, and repair materials.
  • Prepare commercial bids, quotations, and tender submissions for project requirements.
  • Manage negotiations and support closing with contractors and applicators.
  • Technical Support & Site Engagement
  • Conduct site visits for inspections, product trials, and application guidance.
  • Support applicators and contractors with installation best practices to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Address technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with application specifications.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market specifications across Bali's construction ecosystem.
  • Identify trends within the villa, hotel, resort, and infrastructure sectors to anticipate future opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams to refine commercial and technical strategies.
  • Customer & Partner Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors, architects, and designers.
  • Deliver product training and technical workshops for industry partners.
  • Support longterm partnerships to enhance recurring business in Bali's rapidly growing construction market.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering field.

2-5 years of experience in sales for construction chemicals, building materials, or related technical fields.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, drawings, and specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel across Bali for site activities and client meetings.

  • Familiarity with waterproofing, flooring, admixtures, repair systems, or coatings is a strong advantage.
