Compliance Staff

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Ilmu Hukum).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or related functions are welcome to apply. Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto assets will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD, EDD, and APU-PPT principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Able to understand factual circumstances, identify relevant compliance issues, and provide practical and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Able to read, understand, and analyze laws, regulations, internal policies, and other regulatory requirements.
• Good drafting and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear and structured policies, procedures, reports, and correspondence.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different internal stakeholders.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to a dynamic and highly regulated business environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance Staff to support our daily compliance activities, from KYC and document verification to regulatory review and compliance documentation. You will work closely with different teams and support various compliance and regulatory matters as needed.
