COMPLIANCE STAFF

Job Summary**

Ensure PT So Good Food Manufacturing adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, minimizing risk and promoting ethical business practices within the food manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with national and international food safety, quality, and business regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, or breaches, escalating complex cases to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Legal, Quality Assurance, Production) to ensure compliance is integrated into all business operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies related to compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Food Science, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong understanding of relevant food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000), quality management systems, and general business laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
