Job Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees/certifications in compliance, auditing, or data analytics are a plus.

Experience:

• • Proven experience in compliance management and auditing.
  • Extensive experience in data analytics with large databases.
  • Data analytics certification (e.g., Certified Data Analyst).

Skills:

• • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools/software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Fluent in English

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Compliance Program Development:

• • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compliance program.
  • Create and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure they meet current regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance policies.

Monitoring and Assurance:

• • Monitor and conduct assurance to company operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze large datasets for compliance monitoring
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk develop/implement corrective action plans.

Training and Education:

• • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure continuous compliance awareness.

Regulatory Liaison:

• • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations that may impact the organization.

Investigations and Reporting:

• • Conduct internal investigations of compliance issues and allegations.
  • Use data analytics to identify patterns and anomalies during investigations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken in response to compliance issues.

Compliance Risk Management:

• • Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on compliance risk activities.

Policy Enforcement:

• • Enforce organizational standards and policies.
  • Ensure disciplinary measures are taken in case of compliance breaches.
  • Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints and investigation outcomes.
