Job Description

To ensure the compliance of business unit with the requirement of the law, industry codes and standards to minimize Compliance & Legal Risks, and Operational Risks through ongoing monitoring and compliance awareness and culture development.

  • Provide Compliance advice, review and/or consultation services for any request from business, including on marketing and campaign materials any company's projects and business initiatives.
  • Perform review marketing tools, SPAJ, Product Specs, and policy.
  • Manage and maintain any policies and requirements from Group Compliance which applies to local business, including including management of Data Privacy, Conflicts of Interest, Treating Customers Fairly (in collaboration with Sales and Distribution Compliance).
  • Establish Compliance culture & awareness through training, policy & guideline developments.
  • Manage and maintain any Compliance reports to Group Office, and Internal Management.
  • Maintain correspondence with related party i.e : Regulator, Group Office and Internal.

Key Qualifications

  • Working experience in Compliance field with min. 5 years experiences
  • Min. Bachelor degree preferably Legal to Accounting background.
  • Life insurance knowledge.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Regulatory literacy.
  • English proficiency.
