Compliance Auditor

Job Description:

• Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Identify compliance gaps, control weaknesses, and potential risks in operational and administrative processes
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions
• Collaborate with related departments to strengthen internal controls and compliance practices
• Maintain proper audit documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG distribution company or a public accounting firm (KAP)
• Hands-on experience in both financial and operational auditing is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Placement: Sidoarjo, East Java
