Utilize CCTV access to monitor the performance of Outlet Staff, with a specific focus on operational processes.
Validate customer complaints & products spoilage received from the Customer Excellence Team or other channels to ensure accuracy and completeness (online & onsite visit).
Conduct CCTV monitoring/online audit in various areas within the Outlet, including the Kitchen Area, Service Area (Cashier, Checker, and Bar Area), Customer Area (in front of the Cashier, waiting area), and Others/Storage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Having work experience in F&B industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
