Supporting the development of internal tracking tools, including organizing data inputs and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Assisting in generating insights and summaries based on internal research materials.
Supporting fieldrelated research activities, including coordinating participant outreach, scheduling, and basic logistical arrangements.
Assisting adhoc research and analysis tasks such as data verification, tagging, and maintaining structured documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling data.
Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Good communication skills for coordinating with internal and external parties.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, especially for scheduling and basic field support.
Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic data tools.
Experience in research, operations, or administrative support is a plus.
