Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist to contribute their HR expertise to advanced AI training initiatives. In this remote contract role, you will apply your deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, compliance, and job analysis to help improve AI systems while also supporting strategic HR excellence.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on HR experience with forward-looking technology projects in a flexible, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and refine AI models using real-world compensation, benefits, and job analysis scenarios.
- Provide expert input to ensure AI-generated outputs align with HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Administer employee insurance, retirement, and savings plans in collaboration with brokers and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including reporting and documentation requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation structures, benefits programs, and health and safety practices, recommending improvements where appropriate.
- Advise stakeholders on employment regulations, job classifications, compensation strategies, and internal policies.
- Develop structured training materials and documentation to enhance both employee knowledge and AI learning datasets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contributing insights on regulatory updates and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits administration, and job analysis within HR functions.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with insurance brokers, benefit providers, and cross-functional HR teams.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to recommend practical improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy and open to contributing to AI-related initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems or technology-driven HR projects.
- Prior involvement in AI model training or data annotation initiatives.
- Familiarity with union environments, collective bargaining agreements, or job classification frameworks.
- Background in curriculum development or adult learning methodologies in a corporate setting.
