About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits / HRIS Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role is ideal for professionals who are detailoriented, analytical, and experienced in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll calculations through the HRIS system
- Maintain and regularly update employee administration data within HRIS
- Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with company policies
- Maintain, evaluate, and further develop the HRIS system
- Analyze and allocate labor costs accurately
- Prepare and submit statutory reports including BPJS, PPh 21 (Income Tax Article 21), and other related reports
- Conduct and analyze salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Engineering, Law, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum 6 years of total working experience
- Prior experience in Human Capital / HR roles
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and labor cost management
- Experience handling HRIS systems and statutory reporting
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and taxation
- HRIS system evaluation and development experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
