Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll for Head Office & Branch Offices
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and medical insurance data
- Lead HRIS implementation and payroll automation
- Administer compensation & benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor law, tax regulation, and internal policies
- Prepare monthly and annual HR & payroll reports
Requirements:
- Min 1 - 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor & tax regulations
- Experience with HRIS implementation is a must
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
