Position: Compensation & Benefit Supervisor

About The Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Compensation & Benefit Supervisor to manage end-to-end payroll processes, oversee employee compensation and benefits administration, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies, supporting accurate and efficient HR operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including calculation, validation, and adjustments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot employee data to ensure accuracy and system compliance.
• Manage employment contracts and agreements in accordance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate employee compensation & benefit programs, including medical insurance administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal HR procedures.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience in Compensation & Benefit.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet formulas) with high attention to detail.
• Experience in handling payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Familiar with Workday and ProInt is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Pulomas East Jakarta.
