Requirements
Final-year student with no classes or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Law, Human Resources, or related field (final-year students must not have ongoing classes)
Basic understanding of HR administration or people operations is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and administrative tasks
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills to support people service activities
Willing to work in a dynamic environment and handle administrative processes
