Community Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and community-driven Community Specialist to help grow and manage our online gaming and sports entertainment communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building engaged online communities, creating meaningful interactions, and fostering strong relationships with members across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in community growth, member engagement, retention, and conversion.If you are passionate about online communities, sports, gaming culture, and audience engagement, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage online communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and other social channels.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain genuine, active community members.
• Encourage meaningful discussions and interactions within the community.
• Engage active and inactive members to encourage continued participation.
• Create engagement initiatives, events, polls, discussions, and gamification activities.
• Monitor community activity and maintain a positive and active member experience.
• Respond to community inquiries and provide timely support when needed.
• Identify community trends, member feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help guide engaged community members toward registration and activity on the main platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and retention teams to support campaigns and community initiatives.
• Track community performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with members and help strengthen brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Community Growth, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or related fields.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in sports, online gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
• Experience managing online communities on Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and encourage community participation.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with community engagement metrics and reporting.
• Experience growing online communities organically is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building communities from the ground up.
• Experience managing large-scale online communities.
• Knowledge of community growth strategies and member retention techniques.
• Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, or community partnerships.
• Familiarity with community management tools, bots, and moderation systems.
• Understanding of sports communities, gaming communities, or digital entertainment audiences.
• Experience with conversion funnels or retention activities.
