Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Managerto support and manage our growing network of micro-communities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital communities, content strategy, and online engagement. Youll play a key part in structuring communities for long-term success, including helping them monetize their content and improve their engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow multiple micro-communities across our platform
- Set up community structures, profiles, and presentation formats
- Define and implement content strategies tailored to each micro-community
- Assist micro-community owners in creating monetizable content and engagement plans
- Monitor community health and activity, ensuring quality and consistency
- Facilitate communication between members and community leaders
- Gather feedback and insights to improve platform features and user experience
- Contribute to the development of best practices and community guidelines
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a community manager
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to improve community quality from content quality to standardize the community experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for online communities, creators, and digital trends
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
